Peace and Heart Homes provides transitional/supportive housing to individuals in unfavorable circumstances. Our service is an intermediate step between emergency crisis shelter and permanent housing. It is more long-term, service-intensive and private than emergency shelters, yet remains time-limited to stays of various length. It is meant to provide a safe, comfortable and supportive environment where people can overcome trauma, begin to address the issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, begin to rebuild their support network and begin to learn necessary skills to reintegrate into society.

Peace and Heart Homes, LLC was created by a nurse out of a strong desire to provide a place of healing, acceptance and comfort for those in need. When the world shuts its doors we open ours.
